About the house: We are seeking one person (either a female post grad student or a professional) to share our rented house located in the Chesterton area. This house offers three bedrooms, a shared bath, and an additional toilet. The house comes fully furnished and includes a front and private rear garden, a comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. Your bedroom will be furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe.

About the location: Situated in the Chesterton area, our home is within walking distance of a public garden, a convenience store, and a bus stop (just a 2-minute stroll away). Here's the scoop on distances to key locations:
- To Cambridge North Station: 0.7 miles
- To Midsummer Common: 1.7 miles or a quick 9-minute cycle
- To Central Cambridge: 2.2 miles, reachable in 12 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by bus

About us: We are friendly and tidy friends, aged 24 and 38, both pursuing our MPhil in education. Our furry companion, Shadow, is a medium-sized dog who craves affection and enjoys plenty of petting. We take pleasure in cooking and wouldn't mind sharing the occasional dinner, but we also value our privacy.

The cost: The monthly rent is £570 and we share the utility bills (electricity, water, and Internet) which is about £60pm per person. As we are both students we don't need to pay the council tax, but if you are a professional, then you are subject to the tax, which adds about £118 pm.
