The bedroom is fully furnished with a wall to wall sliding mirrored wardrobe, a separate area for a study desk and a chair. 

Room is for one female professional only.

Currently we have 2 professionals staying, one male and one female. 

The house has a lovely garden with a shed, it has a fully coded lock for bicycles. There is a shared television. The kitchen comes with fully integrated high performance appliances. 

There is an additional utility room, also featuring a cloakroom wc downstairs, and a high performance washing machine. 

All bills included. Water, gas, electricity, Council tax and a high speed  WiFi.
