Fully furnished to high standards, Business Park Lodge comprises four bedrooms in total, including three double rooms, and a single room, complemented with a sofa bed in the living room. There are two sparkling-clean bathrooms, with one being ensuite. The private bathrooms feature a bathtub or a shower, a hairdryer, cleaning products, and towels. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date. Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month’s rent.

II) Termination Policy: 30 day's notice
The duration remaining 30 days after the termination date will be refunded.

III) Mandatory Inspections: Weekly
Inspections will be carried out with advance notice and are intended to ensure guests’ safety and address any maintenance concerns promptly.
