The house has been freshly renovated with brand-new furniture throughout, and the rent includes all bills.  Super-fast wifi is available throughout the house.

There are 3 double bedrooms - 1 x super king bed, 1 x king bed and 1 x double bed.  There's also a single bedroom with wardrobe and desk/dressing table space.  Each bedroom has wardrobe/hanging space, a hairdryer and plenty of plug sockets for charging devices.  The bed linen and towels are pure cotton and hotel-grade.

The lounge/diner has a smart TV with Netflix included, and a large solid oak dining table and dedicated work space.  It's a lovely space to relax.

In the large kitchen you'll find a breakfast table, all the equipment you need to whip up 3 courses, a large American-style fridge freezer, microwave and cooker with double oven and hob.

There's a secure garden at the back with a seating area and space to store bicycles.  At the front of the house, free on-street parking is available.

Location: 3 minutes drive from Cambridge Regional College, the Business Park and the Science Park. The city centre is 15 minutes by car, and 20 minutes by bus (the bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the front door).
