Each appartment has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) with either a handy breakfast bar and bar stools, or table and chairs, along with a cosy leather sofa and footstool for relaxing to watch TV.

The double bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, digital radios, and storage space. They lead on to an en-suite bathoom with large shower tray decorated with beautiful marble effect (bush board) panels, a large shower head and heated towel rails.

The floors are Karndean and have fantastic underfloor heating throughout, while the walls all have accoustic boarding built in to the walls. With double-glazing and solid wooden doors, this all goes to provide a comfortable, warm, quiet, and secure place to stay throughout the year.

Outside there is a dedicated parking space, seating in shared gardens, a BBQ for the summer months, and an indoor recreation area with a gym and table-tennis table.

Each appartment benefits from fast wifi (FTTP broadband) with speeds of around 30MBS download.

Short terms lets are available for a month or longer if needed. Ideal if you have just sold your house and waiting for a completion date or if you have a short term job contract and need a place to stay.
