Within walking distance of Bury Town Centre and Fairfield Hospital with local bus routes very close by and less than 20 minutes walk to the Metrolink. All bills are included (gas, electric, broadband, water, council tax and cleaner).

The room itself has a queen-sized bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case, mirror and floor lamp. In the house there's a shared lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer, fridge-freezer and chest freezer) and upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. There's also an office which is often available for use during the day. There’s a good sized back yard with a table and chairs and plenty of space for sitting out in summer. A cleaner comes once a fortnight who can do your room too. There is parking available either behind the house or on nearby side streets.

In terms of local amenities, there’s a supermarket and post office each less than a minute's walk away, a pharmacy about 3 minutes walk away and other shops nearby. A couple of lovely parks nearby too.

There's two of us in the house currently including myself. I’m a live-in landlord, social and very easy to get on with and am looking for a lodger who's the same. I’m also gay so it's an LGBTQIA+ friendly house.
