Room in a Shared House, Wildmoor Lane, B61

We have a newly decorated double bedroom that comes with bed, mattress, IKEA PAX wardrobe and optional desk and chair. You are more than welcome to add your own decorations, hang up pictures, a TV etc. and make the room your own. The room would be best suited to someone who works away from the house but all are welcome to enquire. 

All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, insurance) and a driveway parking place are included in the price.

The tenant will share the bathroom with one other tenant and will share the large kitchen area with the landlords and the other tenant.

There are five cats (a domestic short hair and four Savannah cats) that roam the shared areas though you are of course welcome to keep them out of the bedroom. They are exceptionally friendly and will routinely play with each other and demand a little attention. 

We spend most of their time in the house working from home during the day and looking after the cats, working out in small gym room and watching Netflix or movies in living room in the evenings.

We are looking for someone laid back, ideally a professional person, who likes cats and will keep them inside at all times (that's really the only concern/ask from potential tenant - they can go out the back and sides to an enclosed garden but not out the front door and porch).

No smokers, sorry.

Length of tenancy is negotiable, tenants looking for short term lets are welcome to enquire.
The house is in an excellent location for commuting to a number of places as it's less than 5 minutes to the motorway. Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster plus areas of Birmingham and Worcester and more are all within driving distance.
Video tours of the rooms and house are an option if you're interested and don't want to visit straight away.
