I am looking to rent out the spare room in my lovely 2 bedroom flat. I am a working professional who is quiet, friendly, respectful and clean. The ideal flatmate would also be respectful, clean and professional. Ideally not someone working from home. The rate is £625 with bills/council tax/internet included (subject to fair use charge)

The Single room is spacious and gets lots of beautiful natural light. It will furnished with
1. Single bed with duvet and pillows.
2. Dresser/table with mirrors.
3. Double wardrobe
4. Bedside table and lamp
I am happy for you to furnish further to your taste.

There is a spacious shared lounge and brand new kitchen. There is also a lovely shared bathroom and toilet.
The whole flat is professionally cleaned once a month.

The location is excellent and is
1. 8 minutes walk to Bromley North
2. 15 minutes walk to Shorthand's station
3. 15 minutes walk to Bromley South station.
Both Bromley South and Shorthand's are 20 minutes by train to Victoria.

The lovely Bromley high street is less than 10 minutes walk with its array of shops and the popular glades shopping centre.
