Myself (M30) & fiancé (F27) have 2 lovely, newly-renovated rooms for rent in our super-comfy home!

We are a very friendly, sociable, outgoing couple who are looking for 2 female* professionals to fill 1 small double room and 1 large double room.

We have a lovely home to share with many luxurious amenities:

- Big super-comfy chaise longue sofa which provides a great space to chill, watch TV and nap.

- Downstairs area has Aircon, and personally I don't know how I've lived without it before now!

- Cleaner included! A cleaner will come twice a week to clean communal areas (Kitchen, Dining Area, Lounge area, Bathrooms).

- Lovely spacious and relaxing garden with sun loungers and a firepit, perfect for the incoming summer!

- Located in a very quiet, gorgeous area of St Peter's with an 8 minute walk to Broadstairs station & town, and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Local pub is only a 1 minute walk away too!
