We have a cleaner once a fortnight for shared areas. Last, but by no means least, there's a great high speed fibre optic broadband connection.

The Boring Stuff
The room will be let on Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement with an initial term of 6 months. 
A reference will be required for which there will be no additional cost. A £50 holding deposit is required and returned on contract signature.

Monthly Rent is £595 and a deposit of one months rent (£595) will be taken at the start of the tenancy and will be held in the accredited 'My Deposits' scheme.
