A newly built detached house with 3 bedrooms. The room for rent is a double room with own bathroom as my partner and I have our own en-suite bathroom. So the main bathroom is for you to use. It has a bath tub and a shower as well. The room comes furnished. There’s a wardrobe with a mirror, a desk and chair, bedside trample with a lamp and a smart to with Netflix, Amazon prime etc.  There’s a living room with TV more than welcome to use, my partner and I use that mainly watch shows at night time. There’s a kitchen with a separate utility room and a WC. Lovely massive garden with a deck. There’s parking outside as well if you have a car. It’s free parking. Local shops/ cafe/pubs/post office/ corner shops just 5-10 mins walk away. Regular buses into the city centre just 15mins by bus. Supermarkets like Lidl/Morrisons/ etc just 20mins walking. Im a registered nurse and live with my partner who’s an Aerospace engineer. We are looking for clean tenant please that look after our house please. We’ve had some experience in the past of tenants not being clean. We kindly ask no parties please due to the nature of our work. Overnight guests are welcome as long as they respect the house. Just let us know in advance. You’re more than welcome to bring your own cutlery/ cookery etc. Feel free to use the kitchen when you please. We’ve also got a dishwasher.
