Room in a Shared House, Inkerman Close, BS7

We have a double room available from early May. Within a 3 bedroom house in Horfield, we are in a peaceful residential area but in a great location nearby to Southmead hospital and a short walk to the bus for Gloucester Road.

The house is a 3 story terrace benefiting from 2 living areas (downstairs kitchen/dining/living room and upstairs lounge with tropical fish). We have a spacious back garden which is perfect for summer bbqs leading out to a huge separate garage with dance floor (!).

We're looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate to join us (Kat and Olivia). The house is cosy and has plenty of space for us all. We like chilled nights in and often watch films together too. We have space for friends and family to visit and there is a sofa bed in the upstairs lounge that we all use.

We would ideally like someone of a similar age, we are 27 (Kat, event manager) and 30 (Olivia, sports therapist and dancer), who is happy to socialise with us but equally happy to have their own space as our work schedule times can vary.

The room comes unfurnished but has a large built in wardrobe and airing cupboard with extra storage space.

We rent through Cj Hole and the acceptance of the room is subject to referencing approval (fees apply).

Monthly rent inc. all standard bills including council tax, tv license, house insurance, internet is £490
