This is a professional house share and everyone there have become good friends, and socialise together. Currently 1 male, and 2 female housemates. We’re looking for everyone to get on well and seeking like minded people.....into cooking, barbecues, movies. You need to be sociable and not spend the whole time in your room, but at the same time need to appreciate each other’s space.

More about the house: The kitchen/diner is a communal open plan living space. The area includes dining table & chairs, sofa, new Samsung smart TV. The kitchen contains all mod-cons including washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge & freezer, electric oven & hob and loads of storage. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery provided. 

Since it's a semi-detached house, there are only neighbours to one side and there is convenient access running the length of the other side of the house with rear access to the garden. There is also a useful separate outbuilding at the back for storage of bikes for example.

The sunny rear courtyard has plenty of space for barbecues etc. Including table & chairs. Smoking outside only please. 

Landlord is looking for professional people, female or male (no couples unfortunately), that can look after this house and, most importantly, enjoy it. Rooms are unfurnished.
