A Friendly, working professional but sociable, non smoker is sought to share a wonderful/picturesque apartment in Downleaze with direct access to the Downs on our doorstep. (Downs facing eastwards)

This apartment is incredibly large, with bright open, airy rooms throughout.

The kitchen has every mod con you can think off, with a breakfast bar, dinning table that fits 8 and enough fridge/freezer space to accommodate.

An extremely large living room (Bigger then most 1 bed properties) that boasts two 55inch tv's with Sonos surround sound. Perfect for sports/movie nights. If you're in to reading books, the lounge has its own area for reading stocked with a range of books to interest you.

The Room:

Double bedroom with shared bathroom with one other male that is clean/tidy to a high standard, the room has a brand new bed and mattress recently installed & chest of draws.

• This would suit someone that is an animal lover as a Husky resides here :)

• It's incredibly important that you have no issues of interacting with a dog as this would be completely unsuitable for someone who isnt.

• We Would like someone who is working but is sociable within a household that they live in. That can clean up after themselves.

• If you work nights or late shifts past midnight, this sadly wouldn't be something that could be accommodated. The ideal tenant will have a day time job that doesn't disturb people coming in the early hours of the morning during the week.

Parking: One of the huge benefits of living on the downs is that there are no parking restrictions! There is plenty of parking on the roads outside and around the property itself.

Rent: £780 including all household bills.
