• Kitchen has all the usuals
• There is a small courtyard garden 🍃🌿
• The house is situated just off Old Market St behind Cabot Circus and is very close to town and all amenities. 🕺🎉
• There is a lock up bike shed in the front garden with room to store your bike (if you have one). 🚲

• There is parking on the street but you would need to pay the fee for the licence
• cleaning responsibilities are shared 💚
• Landlord Matt has a workshop in the garden.
