I am a 28 year old live in landord in a 3 bedroom semi detached house within the BS5 area. All areas including the rear garden are communal except for the garage.

It is a single bedroom furnished with desk, mattress, bed frame, chair, stool, and small side table. There is also a wardrobe area to the left behind the door upon entry.

I'm looking for a full-time professional,
who's respectful, considerate and clean. I'm easy going and wouldn't mind living with most people.

A 4 minute walk from the main bus stop taking you into town, as well as both Hanham High street and Kingswood High street centres available at safe walking distance. Off-street parking available as well as Wifi and all bills included inc. council tax.

The rent would be 170 per week, or 570 pcm. Minimum contract stay is 5 months, with optional 1 month rolling contract after with room for flexibility.
