Large, beautiful, private, en suite loft room with extensive park views in Fishponds, Bristol
House has one couple, 2 children, 10 and 14. Positive, caring and fun atmosphere. Lovely garden. We have 1 friendly cat and one dog, a friendly collie cross, so a tolerance of animals is essential! We also like music, debate, films, nutrition, wildlife, ultimate frisbee and gardening when we have time! We are both in education as a teacher and lecturer.
Loft room is mostly furnished but we can be flexible if space is needed for the odd piece of furniture/ bed etc.. En suite shower room. Kettle and microwave can be supplied in the loft room so it is fairly self-contained.
Cycle path close by at Morrisons and easy access to city centre via the 48a bus.
Viewings available from now on after 6pm week days and during the day at the weekend. Available from 1st May 2024.
All bills included.
Monday - Friday lodgers at a reduced amount considered. Parking is available outside the house just it in the drive.
