The house
Entering the hall, you will have access to bedrooms 1 and 2 on your left. Carrying on further is the fully furnished kitchen. 
At the back of the house, there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a downstairs toilet. 
The outside door from the utility room leads you to a low maintenance but super-chilled garden. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful days with friends.
Upstairs, you will find a cosy living room with Smart TV, the bathroom, and bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 4 benefits from a private office that will enable any work from home person to get the quiet space they need.

The cycle path to the centre is very close and will take you to the centre of Bristol within 10 minutes. For your evenings, Bocabar is a 10-minute walk away. During the day, you can enjoy a coffee on Sandy park which is only a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the front door.
