One room available for a LADY from 1 April to 10 September with view to beautiful gardens and birds chirping all day long, in a really quiet home not up for parties or loud music. I am currently studying law and training to become a solicitor and I would prefer a quiet person. I rarely drink alcohol, do not smoke and do not consume any other substances at all, so I want similar. There is a big lovely garden too. Access to all facilites: wash machine, oven, central heating all brand new. Living room not available. Outdoor security camera with sensor - door ring with Alexa with video recording. Bus 75 can be taken from front of the house and takes you to the city centre in 20-30 minutes (otherwise by car you could get there in 13 minutes). There is parking on street. Dundry area is at 10 minutes walk so if you are interested in taking walks it is a a nice spot to find footpaths too. A Morrison shop very near the house. Plenty of big stores around: Lidl, Morrisons, Imperial commercial park.
I might be alright with pets on a case by case basis.
