3 Bed Terraced House, Great Clover Leaze, BS16

I am looking for group of 3 to 4 students with view of joing 2 or 3 other students. The house can be mixed - boys and girls. It's a very high end 6 bed house in great student location in heart of Cheswick Village.  At present there is a group of 2 girls and a boy interested in reserving but ideally want to find the rest of group before committing. 
Large Modern newly built Redrow house few years since build. All good size bedrooms with double beds, desk, chair and wardrobe. Plenty of sun and warm house. Large kitchen dinner/lounge on ground floor. Parking for one to two in front of house. Walking distance to shops and park in Cheswick Village. Excellent location for quite study. Bill not included. Two rooms are very large and have ensuite and rent cold be slightly more. The four other rooms are same size with double beds. There is a large bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is an additional toilet. The washing machine is located in a cupboard on ground floor. You will have opportunity to meet / talk the others and decide if you want to allow particular person or group to join if you already have reserved it.
