The house has 5 double bedrooms- including the recently created loft room which has an en-suite shower room.  There is also a master bathroom, downstairs WC, large living room, conservatory and kitchen with new washer-dryer and new oven.  All rooms are smartly furnished and ready for use.  Outside there is a large garden with a patio area perfect for entertaining, lawn, trees and shrubs and a garage big enough for a car plus bikes to the rear.  Two cars can park on the front driveway and another could go across the front of the garage if you have a lot of vehicles- though in this area they are not really necessary. 


IMPORTANT- Note that since the video was taken a wall has been moved to make bedroom 5 larger and bedroom 4 slightly narrower, see the floorplan and 3D mockups for the current status.  The kitchen door has been replaced with a fire door.  I do not think it fair to take a new video while the current tenants are living there, this would be too intrusive. 

The house is managed directly by an individual Landlord, so you do not need to deal with agents and can contact the Landlord directly if there is ever any problem. The Landlord is accredited by the National Residential Landlord's Association and the house is licensed as an HMO for up to 5 people in up to 5 households. The house has boiler and home emergency cover with a 24 hour emergency breakdown phone line.
