I moved into the flat as its first owner in 2018 and moved out myself due to a job change taking me back to London. 

The flat has been very well cared for and so I am looking for tenants who want a home and will continue to do the same. 

The flat would suit a couple or two professional sharer's who are looking for a stop gap/short term rental in a great location.

The flat is a stones throw from Bedminster station (which connects to Temple Meads), Victoria Park (which features tennis courts and is great for running), and the shops of East Street, including a large Asda, and a Lidl.

It is also only a walk away from North Street and Wapping Wharf, for numerous pubs, shops, restaurants and cafes.

Temple Meads station is only 1 mile away and getting into the City centre is approximately 15 mins walk or less than 10 mins by bus.

Secure bike storage is provided and permit on street parking is available in the Bedminster East zone, though due to current building works near by due to development of the area parking options are currently limited.

****Monthly cost includes some bills (heat and water) as it is goes through the management company, but will require periodical meter readings to ensure it is accurate. Council tax & electricity are the tenants responsibility and come to around £220/month.
