We are seeking 2 reliable tenants for our house in Kingswood. This privately owned and rented 2 bed modern end terrace property is in a quiet residential area (Park View) and within a 10 minute walk of central Kingswood. The house has just been fitted with a new roof and has been completely re-decorated and fitted with new carpets and lino throughout. It is double glazed and centrally heated with a recent modern boiler and has had lots of extra insulation put in while the roof was being renovated. There is a garage and off road parking as well as pretty gardens to the front, side and rear. There is a small paved patio area to the rear which has direct access by it's own door to the house. It will be a requirement of the contract that the tenants will be responsible for simple day to day maintainance of the garden eg grass cutting.The house is of unusual split level design with an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is plenty of cupboard and storage space. It would make a comfortable longer term home for a professional couple or for 2 friends sharing. Sorry no pets. References and a credit check will be required for both tenants and one month's deposit will be taken in advance (deposited with the Deposit Protection Agency). Although the tenancy agreement will be for  6 months renewable, preference will be given to those seeking a longer term tenancy (eg for work etc.).
Tenants will be responsible for all utility bills and council tax (Band B, currently £1650 p.a.)
Rental £1100 per calendar month by direct debit only.
