One month let for February 2024 - 3 bedroom furnished semi-detached house with stunning countryside views.

The house is available from 30th January to the 29th February (there may be a little flexibility with the dates - in particular, you may be able to move in slightly earlier - we can discuss this). It is set up as one double bedroom and two offices/studios. If you wished to furnish the two offices as 1 double and 1 single bedroom this would be possible, but you would need to provide your own beds, storage etc.

The rent is £1050 for the period. Bills and Council Tax on top of that. We would ask for a month's deposit. The internet connection is good.

The master bedroom has amazing views of fields and forest and St Michael's Church in Dundry - as pictured (the bed is positioned so you can have your morning tea and look out to all this!)

The house is situated in Withywood/Lower Dundry on a cul-de-sac. It is a 4 minute walk to get the number 75 bus, which goes through Bedminster/City Centre/Stokes Croft/ Gloucester Road all day/night. There is private parking on the driveway and you can easily drive to:

Bedminster: 10 mins
Clifton/City-centre: 15 mins
Chew Magna: 10 mins

There are footpaths right by the house for circular walks up Dundry hill or further into the Chew Valley. It's really easy to access the Mendips by car for more walks.

If you cycle it takes about 20 mins to get to Bedminster, and the ride is really nice through parks (Manor Woods) and the Malago Greenway.

There is a Morrisons Daily just a 4 minute walk, and Lidl, Aldi, Morrisons, M&S Foodhall nearby.
