My place is a 1 bedroom ground floor flat with a small private garden and bigger communal garden, and dedicated parking space in Bedminster, Bristol. Just a stones throw from popular North Street and a 15 minute walk into the harbourside. With it's own private entrance, you have a double bedroom with wardrobe and side table, a beautiful bathroom with glorious full shower over a full size bath, a small kitchen (with everything that you have in a kitchen including induction hob and dishwasher) and open lounge area with sofa, TV, fold out dining table and a little garden to enjoy. 

All bills included (council tax, water, gas, electric, wifi)

One well behaved and house trained dog welcome. 

One month minimum and fine on a monthly rolling basis.

Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Furniture shown in images will be in the flat, personal belongings will be removed.
