As this has been our home, we are very fond of the place and want it to be rented to a professional couple, it would also be suitable for new parents with easy access.

This is a lovely flat and a viewing is highly recommended. Clifton is on the doorstep with loads of green space and a great selection of cafes/restaurants - it is a fantastic location to live and we will miss it a lot.
