This beautiful eco-flat with sky lights, balcony and garden views is a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Located in the heart of Montpelier, one of the most sought after suburbs of Bristol, you can walk to the center of town in one direction or drive to the countryside in the other, within 20 min each.

The flat

Part of an award-winning eco-build built in 2015, it is a modern eco-flat with L-shaped floor plan with kitchen-dining area on one end and living room/bedroom on the other, features a hand-build kitchen with dishwasher, sky lights over the kitchen and bathroom (with bath and hand painted tiles), allowing great light during the daytime. The bills are super low and we almost never need to put the heating on.

Co-housing

The flat is part of a five-flat block, which is in turn part of a purpose-built community co-housing comprised of 2 attached houses plus the flat block. All share a front courtyard and back garden views. The vibe of the whole complex is very warm, peaceful and well cared for within a beautiful, hand-built stone wall enclosure.

Our ideal tenant

We are looking for a single or couple who will really cherish living in our precious place alongside other co-housing residents. It is not a party place, but rather a beautiful and cosy home.
