The rent is £650.00 per calendar month (all bills included) due on the 1st of each month.

References required from current employer (or bank statement) and previous landlord.

First months rent of £650.00 and deposit of one month’s rent (£650.00) due before occupancy.

Monday to Friday let’s considered for £150 per week if you are able to block-book.
