I am looking for someone to move into a cottage that I currently rent with my best friend. Unfortunately, my best friend is leaving the country for work and I can’t afford to live in this house by myself. The room is available from the end of June.   

Our home is a cottage in the Waterhall/Patcham area. The house consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and three double bedrooms; one room is occupied by me, there is a small double room that is currently used as a dressing room and there would be an available double room. The bedroom available will be unfurnished. The living room and dining room are already furnished as shown. 

The rent is £1300 PCM (£650PCM each). We both currently pay up to £800 each including utilities, broadband and council tax. Our current letting agent (batcheller Monkhouse will require you to sign a new AST with me)
