Room in a Shared House, Rochester Street, BN2

Lovely room in beautiful cosy house in Kemptown/Queens Park available for 3 to 4 months starting at the end of January. I live there normally, but I'm a musician and I'm going away to work on a cruise ship - hence the room becoming free. The room and house come furnished. It's a nice, bright, large room with wooden floors, comfy double bed, a big window and plenty of wardrobe space. The house is clean and cosy and has a nice patio garden, big open-plan living room/kitchen, wifi, big bathroom with bath and shower and a kitchen with all the normal appliances. There is one girl living there, who is an absolute angel. Pets can be considered and there is a cat flap fitted already. The area is great - a quiet, but friendly street which is a short walk to Queens Park, the beach, Kemp town shops or the centre of town. It's possible to apply for a parking permit if needed. You will need to pay your share of bills etc. It's a very happy and relaxed house and I'm sure you will be comfortable there.
