A Home For Nature/Music/Food-Lovers To Form A Fam
Hiya :) long-standing family of friends are soon dispersing to start different chapters in their lives, and now I'm looking for a few housemates over the next couple of months who are up for continuing the easygoing and sociable family vibe. This is the room that's available now, and we can decide together who comes in to join us.
Really want this place to keep being somewhere that feels like home, and excited to meet new people who want that too!
If there are two of you, feel free to get in touch. Another room will be available not long after.
LGBT friendly, 420 friendly, everything friendly really. Music, communal cooking, homegrown veg, hikes, and occasional late gatherings have been a mainstay of the house over the last decade. Particularly on the lookout for someone with green fingers as we have a garden ready to plant whatever you like.
Looking for a good connection over a quick move-in - if this place sounds like your kinda atmosphere but there's some kinda obstacle, get in touch and we can see if we can figure it out :)
A little about me... I'm an activist trying to bring more people power to our crisis-ridden democracies, love playing music, hiking, growing, climbing, football, sharing good food, nights in with friends, the occasional night out, etc etc - let's get to know each other :)

10 mins walk to Falmer train station, 3 mins to BACA bus stop (23/25/28), 10 mins to Sussex/Brighton university. 15-20 mins cycle/bus to Brighton centre.
5 mins walk to Stanmer park, which opens right out onto the downs. Great for nature lovers - we love an occasional walk over the downs to Lewes.

All furniture you see in the photos of your room is included. We can leave the TV in your room too if you want.
Good shower, well insulated so stays warm during the winter, washing machine/dryer, plenty of fridge/freezer space.
FTTP broadband, the fastest you can get in the country
We have space for your bike if you have one
The living room will sometimes be used as a bedroom at night but it has worked well as a hybrid bedroom / social space for years. When it's not being used, it can also be a spare room for friends who are visiting etc
One of the housemates is also owns the place, so no dealing with shitty agents.
Bills included - around £100 a month
