The rent is £485 per month, Council Tax is included plus all other bills which are £45 per calendar month are payable on the 22nd of each month into a joint bills account, there are no surprises or fluctuations, it's the same amount each month. Therefore the total cost per month including bills for this room is £530. There is no agency involvement so no fees.
The drive is used by the lead tenant however there is plenty of free parking just metres away from the front door, (no permit required). There is limited storage space which we aim to share equally however there is a self storage company only a few minutes drive away.
With respect to smoking, this is not permitted anywhere inside of the house but tenants and guests are welcome to smoke in the garden or outside the front door. Sorry, no pets.
We are looking for a sociable, friendly and communicative professional who will contribute positively to the household community although their privacy and need to relax in their own space will always be respected.
We are a chilled household, we aim to keep the communal area as clean as possible and this is not a party house! The bus station on the Lewes Road is a 7 minute walk and we have Sainsbury's and lots of shops and food outlets not much further away.
Alessandro regrettably (for us) is moving back to Italy so his room is available. Either male or female professionals are welcome and would still allow us to keep our preference of a mixed household.
