Lovely large bedroom, high ceiling with three bay windows looking at the garden and trees above. Very quiet area in kemptown. The bathroom is just outside and will be your own. It has a shower over the bath , toilet and sink. It is fully furnished with Double bed, wardrobe, separate drawers and desk. 
The kitchen is open plan leading onto the living room at the the front of the flat. 
The living room will be solely for us though.
I work from home so need the space. 


I live here with my partner, we have the bedroom and ensuite at the back.
Your Bedroom and bathroom will be in the middle. 

Living room is just for us though.
