Special service for study application, 10% discount for tenant's own study application or transferring to another school (except for G5 institutions), VIP airport pick-up service in premium Mercedes-Benz commercial car worth £180.00 (free of charge this time), this service is provided by the Yingbo UK Ltd (headquarter/UK company), which is deeply committed to the UK's local study service (this service can be transferred to the tenant's designated person).
7. The landlord has the right to terminate the tenancy contract immediately without refunding any deposit or rent if the tenant maliciously wastes living resources, intentionally damages the facilities of the house, or fails to comply with the occupancy agreement.
