There are 3 bedrooms one large, one medium, one smaller. 2 are furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes. The smaller room is more like an office.
The bathroom is situated on the ground floor, and has a bath, and shower. The back door leads on to a decking area, with table and benches, it's well maintained and has the sun all day.
Included, TV licence. Broadband. Water and Council Tax. NOT GAS or ELECTRIC.
RSCH / 3 T's hospital 15 mins
Seafront 20 mins
Hanover/Queens park 5 mins
Bus to Station 20 mins, bus stop 2 mins walk
No smoking. No agents. All bills apart from Gas and Electricity are included in the rent. A smart meter can break down these costs.
This would suit a relocating couple, or friends needing a short term let. or perhaps visiting workers.
Professional cleaning service, as well as garden maintenance. can be negotiated. within the costs, or added on at your choice. this would be an extra £100 pcm
