The bathroom is situated on the ground floor, and has a bath, and shower. The back door leads on to a decking area, with table and benches, it's well maintained and has the sun all day.

This would suit a relocating couple, or friends needing a short term let. or perhaps visiting workers.
Professional cleaning service, as well as garden maintenance. can be negotiated. within the costs, or added on at your choice. this would be an extra £100 pcm
