I am looking for new tenants in my flat which I has successfully rented out for several years. I don’t really see myself as a land lord I only have this flat which I used to happily live in myself. Having also rented in Brighton for many years before getting on the property ladder I wanted to avoid annoying estate agents and form a personal relationship with my tenants (hence using open rent to advertise).
