❂ HOW TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT :

Upon arrival in Brighton, guests can collect the door key from the lockbox. The location and the access code will be provided the day before check-in. Guests will be asked to return the key to the lockbox when checking out.

Please note that our property management team are available until 6pm every day.

We request that any non-urgent/non-emergency requests are communicated to us before 6pm. Any requests received after 6pm will be actioned the following day.
