Brighton Marina and it's cinema, gyms, casino, shops and many restaurants are also located just 5 minutes walk away. There is 'on street' paid electric vehicle charging point located close by and some limited free parking available close to the flat.

The rental is ideally suited for a professional person looking for short term accommodation in a quieter part of the city either for an extended period of work or study, or whilst relocating to the area.
