Room in a Shared House, Victoria Grove, DT6

I am looking for a single female for large top floor room with private bathroom and separate sitting area on 2nd floor of Victorian house. Stunning views across valley to Allington Hill with sunsets. There is also a TV for bedroom if desired.
Shared Kitchen, sitting room and dining room as well as downstairs cloakroom and loo. There is also a deck with table and chairs and a garden with chairs.
The housemate will be expected to share the energy and water bills ( the rent covers the council tax and broadband, TV license etc.) as well as share in the general cleaning of common areas.
The landlady will be away a large part of the time.
There are currently two single beds but I am in the process of getting a double bed so there will be more space. There is a chest of drawers as well as shelves and hanging area in a built in closet. There is plenty of light and black out blinds and curtains. The place is available from the 20th September until the new year and possibly longer. ( will discuss individually).
