The cottage itself comprises an open plan ground floor, with kitchen/dining with an Esse wood burner/cooker, as well as an electric cooker.  The sitting area is opposite also with a woodburning stove.  A side door leads to the old garage, now a boot/ washing machine room,  and useful for storage.   There is a garage door on to the road, and also another door to the large and lovely garden.  The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms and bath/shower room, and from the landing a stair leads to the converted attic which is one space, useful for storage, yoga room or office. Private parking is in front of the house.
