Room in a Shared House, Eleanor Ave, YO16

Located on a cul de sac on the outskirts of the town of Bridlington, near the picturesque coastline of Yorkshire. Situated on the northern side of the town backing onto one of the oldest lanes in the town the view from the room overlooks the lane and paddocks and the pretty back garden which is normally a very peaceful space. The house is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and decoration.

There is both on and off-road parking. It is a 10min car drive to the town centre, the harbour and picturesque beaches. A 5-10 min walk to the nearest bus stop where you can catch a bus to the town centre or out to other local coastal villages and towns. A 40-minute walk to the train station or bus station in the town.

The historical city of York and interesting market towns of Beverly, Helmsley, and Pocklington, seaside towns Scarborough, Hornsea and quaint villages such as Sledmere, Millington, and Thorton le Dale to name a few. Art, history, architecture, and astounding scenery all in an area some call "God's own County" Yorkshire

This is a residential area with young families so occasionally we hear children playing but we hope this will not disturb you and we ask that you respect that fact and not make too much noise before 9.00 am and after 9.00 pm.

We are pet-friendly (2 dogs and 2 Cats) and understand that not all pets are laid back and chilled out, so just let us know the character of your pet and needs and we will try to accommodate, the back garden is fenced and enclosed so if you have an escapologist dog they have to make it through two doors before they reach the front garden.
