Room in a Shared House, Mount Street, TA6

The room to let is the attic room in a big spacious house.  The attic is a large and airy room with good light and a private, enclosed staircase.  It is fully furnished, double-glazed with central heating. The rest of the house is also let by the room to professional people from Hinkly Point.  All male at the moment.
Broadband is included and there is also a Smart TV in the room.
There is a bathroom with WC, basin, bath with shower over downstairs.  Also a Separate WC with basin.

There is a garden area with seating at the back.  Parking is by residents parking permit, directly over the road in a camera covered car park, permit is easily obtainable from the council offices just 5 minutes walk away.
The town centre is at the immediate back of the block with all of the usual facilities within a few minutes walk.  Hinkly bus pick up/drop off also a few minutes walk away.
As the house is fully smoke/fire alarmed, if you smoke you have to do it in the garden.
The house, as it is shared, is not suitable for pets or children.  We also do not take couples.  We are also unable to let to anyone who is unemployed as it is against the landlord's mortgage terms.
The house is a fully licensed HMO and is a Sedgemoor Accredited property. Managed by accredited landlords (NLA)
