The property is fully furnished and fully equipped, with towels, linen, weekly cleans, Wifi and Netflix provided during your stay. All bills are included. We have aimed to make the property as comfortable as possible, with modern furniture and decor, to feel like a home away from home.
The bungalow is located in a quiet safe residential area in Hutton, Brentwood, conveniently within a 15 minute walk to Shenfield station, for easy access to central London, Liverpool Street, and Stratford.
There is a bus stop and a row of shops a few minutes walk away, including a small supermarket, a fish & chip shop, and a post office. The green spaces of Hutton Recreation Ground and Hutton Country Park are within a 10-15 minute walk.
We are willing to consider pets on a case by case basis, do enquire if you are hoping to stay with pets. There may be an extra fee for additional cleaning and/or an additional damage deposit.
