Located in a quiet road in central Braunton just a few minutes walk from the village centre and only a five minute drive from award winning 3 mile Saunton Sands beach and 10 minutes from Croyde. 

The main house consists of master bedroom with super king bed, a twin bedroom and a small 1 bed box room. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and a wet room downstairs. 

The rear of the house is open plan with the kitchen, dining area and rear lounge all in one large space - perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has two fridges (one undercounter & large freestanding Smeg), induction hob, electric oven, toaster and kettle. Next to the wet room there is a small laundry area with Miele washing machine.This rear space has underfloor heating and huge glass sliding doors opening onto a lovely garden area with mature trees and lawn. The rear garden has access to both the cabin and a rear parking space.

The cabin is a fantastic studio open space that could be used for a quiet work space or a 4th bedroom. There is a king size double bed as well as bunk 'pods' which consist of two full size single beds. The cabin has a separate bathroom with rainforest shower. Please note: the cabin cannot be rented out independently.

The house has a large parking area to the front that can fit two small cars or one large car so it total with the parking space at the back consists of 2-3 parking spaces depending on car size.
