2 Bed End Terrace, Albert Street, BD10

I am looking to rent out my 2 bed house towards the end of the year on a 3 month fixed term, followed by a rolling monthly tenancy. 

The house is currently fully furnished and will be let out almost fully furnished. Part furnished would be a better description.

I've rennovated the house to a standard that I was intending to live in but I'll be moving in with my partner. So the house is free to let out. 

The address is Albert Street however the main access is around the back on Arthur Street, up a flight of 4 or 5 steps. Both bedrooms have been decorated with new carpets. The same applies to the stairs and hallways. There is one large bedroom and one medium bedroom. King size bed in the master and a double bed in the 2nd. 

There is a garden to the back that is south facing, with a decking area towards the house. 

I want someone in the house that will look after it for me. I made the house a home for my own use so it's not just another house being let out after mutiple lets. I want to gauge interest in the property from a letting perspective which is why I'm posting a rushed advert now. Any questions, let me know. 

Rent amount is to cover mortgage payments. I won't be making any profit on the house. High deposit is for the reasons stated above (basically to replace the nice carpet if it gets ruined).
