Some rooms are part furnished. But most have double beds. Its a simple Airbnb let. Ie not a formal shorthand tenancy for a year.

Quiet ns house near prof single type people no couples as can only put one person in each room for an un crowded house. Ive learnt it pays to be selective for you and existing residents.

Very important that you are clean and tidy in kitchen etc and recycle correctly.
