Room in a Shared House, Southbourne Overcliff Drive, BH6

**Short term let until June **
Hi, Im trying to find a replacement for my room in Southbourne, unfortunately because of a change of job I’ve gotta leave.

You would be sharing with 3 girls, an engineer (wfh), an art teacher and a student, they’re all absolutely great girls, 2 are chatty and sociable and 1 likes to keep herself to herself, they’re all non smokers and well house trained.

It’s a fantastic house, has a real 70’s charm to it!
There’s 2 lounges, a dining area and a conservatory leading to the large outside patio with views from across from Poole to Isle of Wight where you can catch amazing sunrises … it’s stunning!

The room is spacious and airy, with heaps of light and has sink and a comfortable bed.
The house has 2 bathrooms and third WC and the heating is really good and never cold. 

In terms of location, it’s a 10 minute walk from Southbourne Grove which has everything someone would need, coffee shops, cafes.
And we also have 2 beach cafes 5 minutes either direction.
There’s a bus stop around the corner to take you to the centre and the nearest train stop is Pokesdown.
Parking is free on the street and the drive has space for 2 cars.

It’s a real shame to leave the place it’s pretty **** perfect, I would suggest this place would be perfect for someone just coming to settle in the city.
