Our spacious and well-equipped family-friendly home with a private garden has all the modern comforts you'll need to enjoy your time in Bournemouth.


We are perfectly located in a peaceful residential area with private parking, conveniently close to transport links, a five minute walk to Christchurch Road with its variety of shops, restaurants and bars, and a 10-15-minute walk through Woodland Walk takes you to Boscombe Beach and Pier.


We want you to feel at home as soon as you arrive, so we provide a few complimentary essentials, including tea, coffee, sugar sachets and milk pots.


The self-catering accommodation sleeps six guests and is set over two floors:


On the ground floor, you can enjoy the open-plan living room with comfortable seating, Smart TV with Netflix (no live TV) and super fast Wifi, a dining area with an extendable oak dining table, a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need for a home-from-stay (see our amenities list for details), and a guest WC.

Enjoy a morning coffee on the decked terrace which is furnished with a small table and chairs and stretches out to a lawned garden area.

Private parking is available for two cars to the front of the house.

For the duration of your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire property, including the garden.


Other things to note


Please note that we have a strict NO HENS, NO STAGS, and NO PARTIES policy in place.


Ruby House has CCTV and LED floodlights monitoring the parking area. For added security, we recommend and kindly request that all downstairs windows and doors be closed and locked before leaving the house.

To keep you warm and cosy, Ruby House has installed a Hive central heating thermostat, which is controlled remotely, and there are dimmable LED lights throughout the property.


There are smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors for added safety, and a comprehensive gas and electrical safety certification is performed annually.
