I am looking for someone to rent a room in my 3 bedroom house. a super big size bedroom. The property is newly built, located on a quiet, residential street but is just two  minutes walk away from the bus stop and 5 minutes away from train station, and ten minutes to a number of bars and restaurants. It also has a handy corner shop at the end of the road, and cosy local pub within a two minute walk away.
I want to rent it to only one tenant, not couple, not family, the person must be super clean, working, of good character, ready to help keep the house super clean at all times.
