This is a peaceful countryside secluded room 8 miles to Oxford centre, John Radcliffe, 3 miles to Oxford parkway station and 3 miles to bicester village shopping. This is separate from the main house so there won't be any interference. Suits a quiet person typically students/ commuters who need a quiet private space all inclusive of bills. The lane has only 4 houses as it is the end of the village and so parking is not a problem by the side of the road either. Basic cutlery, plates, cups, fridge, 3 in 1 microwave, double bed, lots of plug points, plug points in the en-suite bathroom, mirrors and lots of storage with a separate work space, sitting and basic food prep area , secure with CCTV and alarm. There is no hob and washing machine. We can wash clothes for a small fee. Rent to be paid 4 weeks in advance monthly. Students who are eligible for not paying council tax only can stay 7 days a week, please note the rent advertised is not for 7 days a week. If you require to stay 7 days a week rent is negotiable.
